What is the cost of living abroad versus the benefit of living in Armenia? For Martin Galstyan, an economist and lecturer at the American University of Armenia, the answer was simple. After studying at the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard, he came back to Armenia with his family to pursue a life of public service and in the process is helping to find the “bright spots” of Armenia.
